Awful service after a long journey. Problem as booked incorrect date but not prepared to support the customer and I was sent out alone into city centre to find cash machine at 11pm to pay for my bill! Even though they had a paid bill for the following night! The Manager was on break and couldn't be bothered to come...

Stayed one night for Bob Dylan concert. Good position at top of the town. Easy to get to Motorpoint venur, takes about 15 minutes, straight walk. Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, polite staff. Would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Standard Premier Inn quality. Good beds, peaceful and clean. The breakfast is Ok, but they should every now and then invite something new. It's always the same where ever you go. For me maximum stay in a week is two night duet to the breakfast. Anyway, for me the good night sleep is what counts most.

Rooms clean and comfortable, with an acceptable breakfast and a generally very adequate treatment. Although, It is located very close to the city center It is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel has free wifi that reaches all floors.

Location is central to Nottingham shopping and nightlife. Couldn't fault anything. Made our weekend very enjoyable. Have stayed in several Premier Inns and never been disappointed. They are always quality hotels.
