Hotel's Favourite
We have just returned from a stay at the hotel, room 301 and it was fantastic! Clean, exceptional service, friendly staff and a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. Great location in the centre of Nottingham, but not too noisy. We will be returning in the future!!

The room wasn't great unfortunately. Very old and shabby and not what I expected for Hilton - especially with the manual radiators. Breakfast was also lower quality. Service could have been faster at reception, but maintenance and general service was good.

Dear Ruby222634, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay with us. We currently do have radiators in all of our guestrooms and I am sorry that these did not meet your expectations. In regards to breakfast, we are hoping to expand our selection for breakfast as soon as indoor dining can commence as outlined by the government. I do hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel again in the future and exceed your expectations Kind Regards Sue Cave General Manager

The Hilton in Nottingham is located in a beautiful Victorian building, unfortunately the inside is more 80's conference centre. Our room, whilst clean, was dated and tired looking. Cracked tiles on the floor and silicone holding the bathroom together - the wall actually flexes in the shower! Peeling wallpaper and chipped furniture, dubious stains on curtains. There aren't any sockets near the bed and no phone charging points. As many others have pointed out, you get much, much better in a Premier Inn. It's a real shame, as the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the hotel is in a great location - it just needs some serious tlc!

Stayed whilst dropping our son at NTU. Great location for our requirements. Staff are delightful, friendly, professional, helpful and quick to respond to requests. We needed a little extra heat in our room and an extra electric radiator arrived literally two minutes after we asked. The downside is that it’s very old and tired looking. Decor and furniture in our room is all very dark giving the room a dingy look. It needs a complete update to brighten, lighten and give it a cleaner feel. A few parking spaces available but expensive - probably due to convenience of having a car on the doorstep in a city mainly geared to public transport. I would overall have only scored it three if not for the staff which is the reason I gave four.
