    After a long day of hiking, this was a great place to relax and have a tasty pint. Although the inn was quite busy with people, we were impressed with the efficiency of the check-in process and restaurant services.

    Came today for Sunday lunch as we do every week. I fetch a lady that I care for and each week we order a small Sunday lunch each. They are served hot, with fresh yorkshire pudding and fresh vegetables in a separate bowl. Until today....More

    We stopped here on the way back from a very long walk along Hadrian's Wall on a very hot day! Just had drinks but a lovely cosy atmosphere and plenty of staff. The food looked and smelled amazing but we couldn't stop unfortunately. Little pit...More

    Went here for a family meal, no complaints.All food very nice, nice surroundings, there was some work ongoing but this didn't affect us. The service was good, staff were friendly too .toilets clean but not much room to move once inside cubicle. Would recommend you...More

    I think they are. We didn't have a dog though. Jo K we you digging or on the wall? Why were you there two nights?
