We stayed for 1 night and the lady behind the bar told us to go to Wackers a fish and chip shop around the corner. You tell them you're staying at Bootham Tavern and they charged us £10 for 24hours on their car park. Best thing to do is speak to the bar staff on arrival. We had a lovely stay, very comfy and excellent location.
