I have been to the Seaview Guest house on several other occasions but it had been a few years since I had been there. However as usual when we got there the reception from the host was as friendly as ever. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was well cooked and as varied as before, nothing was...

Re Visited the Seaview guest house for a three day stay. Once again very pleased with the facilities and the hosts. We stayed in room 7 and it would be very hard to beat the views. Overlooking the sea at the front and on the right hand side of the window view of the Abbey. Made to feel very welcome...

The Seaview is a lovely and unique place, clean, unbelievable breakfast. A short walk to the harbour and the town and for those who have never visit Whitby before a miriad of little unique shops eating establishments, pubs and of course the best fish and chips. Abbey and Brian are the perfect hosts. See you again soon

We love room 7. Sea view and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is always delicious. We have stayed here many times and would not want to stay anywhere else in Whitby. Bryan's home made cake is also a very tasty bonus!

Having visited Whitby over the years and stayed in various accommodation, I had the very good fortune of happening upon this gem of a place for the first time in October last year. Since then I have been back on numerous occasions. The draw? * Personable staff who make your stay very special and who see to your every need....

What an amazing weekend. Was made to feel really welcome. The guest house was immaculate and the breakfast was brilliant. The little touches in the room such as the home made parkin and the toiletries really were the icing on the cake.

We have been coming to Whitby for about 5 or 6 years staying each time in the SeaView Guest House. Brian and Abby are the most wonderful hosts and I genuinely look forward to Brians warm and friendly welcome (and how can I not mention the smell of ginger Parkin which is kindly waiting for us in our room) The...

A return visit for us. Wonderful hosts who cannot do enough for you. Brian's homemade Parkin is the best I've ever tasted and breakfast is our favourite meal of the day! Thank you Brian & Abby for looking after us so well. Your guest house is welcoming, spotless and very comfortable and we are always sorry to leave.
