I've stayed here before and can strongly recommend this place. Friendly welcome, clean rooms, great breakfast in an excellent location a few minutes' walk from the harbour and opposite Pannett Park. Prices are good value for the quality of service and rooms etc.

We booked in to Arundel House for two nights with myself, two children and a dog. It's great that this place allows dogs. It is a great position to walk either in to the town centre or West Cliff. We stayed in the Freeman room (room 10) which is a family room. A double bed and a single bed but...

Thank you for your review, without comments we cannot ensure that we strive to constantly excel. It is unfortunate that you did not mention your issues when we did the check back and...

What a lovely hotel. Went here one my own for a two day break. I had an issue with train times and the hotel was happy to change my stay dates and let me check into the room early - even offered me a cheaper room, and made me a breakfast sandwich for my departure as I was leaving too...

Myself and my partner have just come back from staying here......we had a lovely nights stay (wish it was longer!). The hotel is close to the centre of Whitby but Taxi's are available if needed. The room was well provided for with plenty of towels and tea and coffee making facilities....... I know this sounds basic but one thing I...

Thank you to Scott and Rachel for a wonderful stay this weekend with family and friends. Our room was perfect with a great view of the Abbey. Just a short walk brings you to the town centre and parking is a bonus. We wanted for nothing and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Hence the reason Scott Booth and team @Arundel House are constantly in pole position in Whitby. They have been fabulous hosts to a myriad of my clients, potential affiliates and event staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are superb having all been recently refurbished (lots of pics on the website). One of the best dog friendly hotels...
