We stayed here for two nights last week, and couldn't have chosen a better place. Jan and Dean are wonderfully welcoming hosts, and the room we had was amazing. Spotlessly clean throughout, with a delicious breakfast each morning. Rufus was also on hand and was the perfect antidote to being "dogless" for a couple of days! Thank you very much...

Absolutely beautiful room. Very well provided for even down to flannels on the sink and a corkscrew in the drawer. Breakfast was lovely as were the hosts. We will definitely be going back here the next time we visit Whitby.

Last minute booking and what a good choice we made choosing the autumn leaves in Whitby. Room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. Jan and Dean and of course Rufus were perfect hosts. Thank-you for a great stay.

Really great 2 night stay in this really friendly B&B. Nice to be able to just leave the car and only have a 5 minute walk down into town. Lovely clean, comfortable bedroom in this very welcoming house. Very accommodating hosts and friendly dog!

Stayed here for the Whitby Goth Weekend for a last minute getaway. We have stayed here before and certainly will stay again. A lovely, friendly B&B with a great breakfast. Really friendly hosts who were happy to guide us through our first Goth weekend. Great location, just over the road from Pannett Park and an easy 5 minute stroll either...

The owners Roger and Jean just cannot do enough to make your stay one to remember. They just take care of every minor detail, and then some. This Bed and Breakfast is clean, bright and provides a lovely view as well. We could not find a single fault with this Bed and Breakfast.

Excellent hosts willing to help with travel problems arise, such as train delays. Ready to help with bags, etc. As a disabled person I want assistance to offered rather than always having to practically beg. Jan provides the service without attitude. It is a top notch bed and breakfast accommodation. I will gladly return to relax and enjoy my stay.
