We loved listening to the seagulls laying in bed. Breakfast was fantastic, room and bathroom nice, tidy and clean. The parking permit was very helpful. Chris and Stevie are absolutely lovely. Worth every Penny, we would love to come back!

We have stayed in quite a few guest houses in Whitby over the years, and the Haven is definitely up there with the best of them. Excellent location, beautiful clean bedroom, and wonderful friendly hosts.

Firstly, the views from our room (#1) were stunning - right across the harbour to the sea. This B&B is decorated in a classical style - certainly the vast array of ornaments make it stand out.. We found the need to pre-book our breakfast choices the night before a little regimented, but you won't be disappointed by the quality of...

The property is nice, clean and equipped with all things traveller needs. Breakfast is proper English standard. The best thing is Location where it is a stone throw to the scenery point open to Whitby Bay.

The Haven Guest House was beautifully decorated and clean, with a lovely view overlooking the sea. Situated very close to the town center but still quiet in the evening. Everything we could have needed was provided (towels, tea, coffee, hairdryer). The breakfast was lovely with a choice of porridge, cooked breakfast or scrambled egg and fresh salmon. Stevie was a...

A fantastic b&b with beautiful room & exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend this b&b for location, it's wonderful hostess ( who has a great sense of humour ) and it's standard of commitment to the guests. I would definitely stay again hopefully for a bit longer.andy & vicky hartlepool

Clean, professionally run with attention to detail. Generous hostess. Great location for exploring Whitby and surrounding bays and villages. Room small but quiet. Lovely view from window. Dificult to find parking but we managed to get short term parking until evening then brought the car in closer. Would recommend to anyone

A well maintained family run guest house that is in a great location and priced very reasonably. They have gone a little overboard with the signs but at the end of the day it is their home as well and they would like to keep it as nice as possible.
