Quick overnight stay for work, mix of old and new decor in the hotel which I think should be addressed as it's a serious clash with the older being far better. Very friendly front office and bar staff, wonderful meal too and a fantastic breakfast. Parking onsite which is a plus and local to the city centre.

This is my First visit to this hotel, and it will not be my last. City Centre location close to all the visitor attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was enormous. There is free parking at the rear of the Hotel and the food on offer...

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 10 months. For us, it has ticked all the boxes. City centre location and parking is always a bonus, and once inside the doors, it really is a quiet oasis away from the buzz on Norwich. The rooms are of a good size, with large bathrooms and complimentary Elemis toiletries....

We have a young child and so don't get away much, so when we do we have very high hopes and expectations - all of which were not only met but easily surpassed. Our room was...

We stayed here one night for a birthday, and took up the Sunday night offer, upgrading to a suite. Breakfast and dinner was included in the package. The room was huge! And a freestanding bath, which was a lovely bonus. Unlike many old hotels, it was comfortably warm all night, not too hot or cold. Perfect. King size bed was...

Very reasonably priced for a city centre hotel with free parking. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space throughout. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the full english was well cooked. Quality bacon and the toast did arrive well toasted which is a good and unusual thing.

We stayed for one night in a double room. The room was very well appointed - there was everything we needed including gorgeous Elemis toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom was absolutely enormous with a huge shower and a very deep bath. Decoration was tasteful throughout and we couldn't have asked for more. Would have given it a 5 and the...
