The images and descriptions are misleading and we regretted booking this accommodation - overpriced for the standard. You have to pay £20 deposit to borrow a hairdryer and the room and bathroom were tiny. The window and blind were broken and the staff weren't fussed about customer satisfaction upon complaint. Felt more like a bedsit. The only plus is the...

Not "luxury" or "executive" Location is fine and staff were friendly, but the actual rooms were filthy dirty and hotter than the sun! No exaggeration. For another 50 quid we could have stayed somewhere much nicer, my bad! Fine for a stopover if you literally want shelter but not with kids. Beds are chronic too!

The location of the apartment is excellent, one minute walking to Bayswater station, and 30 minutes walking to Westminster Parliament. There's a lot of shops and places to eat next to Bayswater tube station. We booked an apartment for three and it was absolutely clean and perfect. You have all the necessary appliances and cutlery in the kitchenette, and towels,...

Paid 350 for 3 nights at this dump. Not as described. Please do yourself a favour and do not book. I never complain about hotels. I've stayed in £5 a night hostels in Asia nicer than this place. Awful staff, poor cleanliness and rooms are not as pictured on the site. We had 3 nights booked and only stayed the...

Executive? No. Apartments? No. Excellent value for money. The location was fantastic. Easy, quick access to Queensway and Bayswater underground stations. Room (B21) was clean and spacious with a great shower. The rooms could have been better sign posted but once you cop on to where you're going its easy enough. Check out is 11am but we checked out at...

Quite awful and overpriced. The hallways leading to our basement room were so narrow and dirty, with unhoovered, dusty carpets. The room does not reflect the standard in the photos. The bathroom had mould, the kitchen area was not properly decorated and looked unfinished. Overall cheap quality room with makeshift decor. The walls are so thin you can hear everything...

Besides the fact that London is beautiful, we had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, with a nice view to Kensington Gardens-Hyde Park, very close to two different underground stations with good connection to the points of interest in London and to Queensway Street which is full of restaurants, shops, and 2 supermarkets,...

So I actually booked this though a travel site which offered an amazing price for my London weekend. I'd read some of the reviews AFTER I'd booked it which made me a little nervous and thought about booking somewhere. However my partner talked me into going ahead with the booking after all it was only for one night. I contacted...
