Their double room is a joke, I wonder what the single one would have been. No space for a regular sized suitcase and the bed is just over 1.6m long. Double size, for sure, as long as the occupants are not more than 12 years old.

Spent Easter here. The room was small but pleasant. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and very good shower. Only did a basic continental breakfasts but even this was: 1 croissant each, 1pain au raisin, 1 bread roll (with 2pots of jam). Don't ask for more, apparently they only prepare enough for 1 each! Plus cereal and tinned fruit. No...

This hotel has a great central London location, handy for local transport services. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was told that i was being upgraded to a triple room. The room was small and the additional bed made it cramped. The room had tea making facilities and a mini bar with snacks plus a TV...

It was a good experience. The room was small but really clean and the location is perfect (2 minute by walk to the British museum and to the underground stop) It's a good position also if you want to go to dinner by walk without going too far from your hotel room. The only thing that I didn't like that...

The best thing about this hotel is its location. A 5 minute walk to the local tube station Goodge st. Another station Euston about a 10 min walk. Rooms are small but very clean, tv, tea making etc. Lovely clean white towels and a good shower. Breakfast is continental and was fresh and adequate. Ask at reception for a loan...

We were a party of 4 and stayed at the Gower House Hotel over night on Saturday 12th November so that we could attend the remembrance service at the Cenotaph on the 13th. The location of the hotel is perfect for the centre of London being just a few minutes walk from Goodge Street underground station. If you dont mind...

Room on third floor but no lift. Room very small. Side of bed right up against window so had to crawl over to get to my side. Bed very narrow. No wardrobe space. Nowhere to put case except floor. Ensuite very cramped. A large person might have to get dried in room. No hairdrier but one available from reception (if...

The staff here are wonderful and were very understanding when we expressed our concern over the softness of the bed but as hotel was full there was little they could do. In order to help rectify this we decided to put the mattress on the floor and discovered the bed frame was actually broken. We had already decided to sleep...

This is a compact hotel in a good location for the British Museum etc. My room was small, but fine for a business trip. And I was pleased with the ferocious air conditioning which kept the room cool during the heat wave while I was there. And my room was quiet because it faced away from the busy Gower Street....

Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
