Comfortable accommodation in a place with character close to London University, British museum etc. Good breakfasts. Ideal for solo travellers, especially women and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Nice sitting room/library.

The Penn Club is quiet and friendly, perfect for a person travelling alone. Rooms are simple but well thought-out and it is great to have so many communal spaces, including a kitchen to heat up food. The location is really excellent for buses and tube.
