I had to change our booking twice due to unforeseen personal circumstances and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. On arrival the greetings we received were warm, friendly and informative and superb customer service continued for the duration of our stay. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed and a yummy breakfast :-) Also, a perfect location in a...

To sum it up, you get exactly what you pay for. It was a little tired and jaded and the room was tiny but the shower room was nice, toiletries good and bed comfy. I left feeling suitably rested yet it wasn't remarkable as an experience. My sense is if you're looking for somewhere inexpensive (in this expensive area) this...

The room was small but I knew that it would be. I slept well in the bed. Hotel is in a great neighborhood. I would stay here again. If you need to continue your journey via coach, as I did, you are just two blocks away from the Coach Station.

Have stayed here twice in the last 4 months and will continue to do so in my future London visits. Good location close to Victoria station in an area with good cafe/restaurants near Sloane sq, lovely staff and beautiful rooms which were clean and comfortable, just wish there was an included breakfast.

A great boutique style hotel which is well located and close to Victoria station and a short walk to Buckingham palace. The staff were excellent and service was good. Breakfast delivered to your room is hassle free.

I spent just over a year consulting for a company based in this region and always pushed to stay here. I never had breakfast but there are plenty of nice cafes in the area and the ladies behind reception are a pleasure - the rooms also have ample tea/ coffee facilities if you don't take much in the morning. I had a one night layover and this hotel checks all the boxes. Its close enough to all the attractions in Victoria (Buckingham Palace etc) and its close enough to the Tube station. The basement room was clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was decent enough and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
