Ticked all the boxes I'd like from a hotel; clean, helpful service, comfy bed, powerful and hot shower, excellent location. Not big rooms, a bit dated, and could be noisy at times. But for what we paid, good value.

Stayed one night. Easy access from LHR airport and near train stations. See Harry Potter sites across the street! Clean. Be aware there is no lift. Not handicap friendly with narrow winding stairs to 4 floors. Soft beds.

Basic. Clean. A bit cold. Could make it smell a bit fresher. Thin walls. Comfy (single) beds. Clean linen. Freeview. Weird noises. Wouldn't stay there alone. Decent (but small) towels. Small rooms. Dingy.

This was a very reasonably priced hotel near St Pancreas. The room was small, but had everything we needed for our overnight stay before onward travel early the next morning. The room and all areas we saw were very clean. Reception is manned 24hrs, so any early departures are very easy. We stayed in the basement which did have quite...

Stayed here for the first time, room on the small side, but you don't book a hotel in London to sit in the room. Rooms and bed linen spotless. Could not fault the hotel at all, great position 2 minutes walk to the station. Will defiantly be staying here in future visits to London.

I was aware that this was a budget hotel and was very hesitant in booking but the extremely good deal I was offered helped seal the deal. However when I arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised. There was some mood lighting outside, nice decor in reception and the whole hotel and room was absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest establishments...

I regularly stay in central London for work and so thought I would try the Wardonia Hotel as it often appears on my lists when searching hotels. The location is great, I could stare at envy at the 'St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel' from my bedroom window. The receptionist was also very pleasant, and I cannot find any faults there. I...

What you pay is what you get, very basic, ideal if you want a bed. Clean and does the job. Not having a lift is a downfall, but the website stipulates this, narrow corridor and steep stairs, but overall a pleasant stay. Single room is small, but definitely adequate and your own bathroom. Staff friendly.

We were out most of the time seeing the HP Cursed Child play. Theatre land is a mere 15 minutes away via the tube!! I booked a single double room and although it says one full bed it was rather on the small side, however it was very comfortable! Room was small but perfect, plenty of tea coffee good tv....

Yes the rooms are small but you don't wanna spend your entire trip in the room when in London. Having once booked a hotel in London with the bathroom (toilets included) common to the whole floor I can only say that this hotel is great. Very clean, staff is nice, you can leave your luggage before being allowed in the...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
