Perfect location ..nearby shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the underground and the express train to the airport. Staff was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable about tourist things to see and do. On the other hand..tiny rooms.. mold in the bathroom which made the smell unbearable. The shower curtain was also covered in mold and desperately needed to be replaced.

What to say Bout this hotel/bnb..we checked into this hotel on Friday and was greeted by the owner with a welcoming smile..there is no lift so we had to walk up a narrow staircase to room 11 2nd floor..the room it's self was small and the bathroom even smaller..but you get what you paid for..this is a budget hotel nothing...

Was traveling with a family of 5 and stayed here for 2 nights. It's a great location - a few blocks from Hyde Park, and easy walking to get to Oxford Street. The room was extremely small - the door couldn't open fully as it was butting up against a bed, and the beds probably occupy 90% of the floor...

We chose this hotel because of its nearness to Paddington Railway Station as well as being walking distance into London itself. We did not expect too much for the price we were paying and were satisfied with what we found. The rooms are small and the bathroom was the smallest one we have had but I think most budget hotels...

Family run hotel with great service, but needs some updating. The staff lives on site, so there is someone to let you in 24/7. Rooms are very small, but that doesn't seem unusual for London. There is no lift, so be able to haul your luggage at least 2 flights of stairs. Also, the wifi only works in the lobby....

I was very happy with our stay. We dropped off our bags as we arrived early, before our room was ready. The room was more spacious than I thought with a good size toilet and shower. The hotel is a nice family run hotel who were friendly throughout even when waking them up in the night. As the family lives...

Had a horrible experience here. I've stayed in some bad motels road tripping across the United States, but this place was by far the shadiest. I could go on and on and go into the details about how horrible the room is (and the airplane size bathroom), but you guys get the idea. It is so overpriced for what it...

This is to clarify that our hotel policy is very clear either on our own web page or on the on-line reservation company web page. I and my staff are appreciated by most of our hotel guest for our politeness and friendliness. I can not recollect having any disagreement or conflict with my guest. We are a two star tourist...

We stayed here in the middle of June. Hotel staff was super friendly from the start unlike many other customer service "professionals" in London. The rooms were pretty worn out, but not too badly for a three-night visit. The breakfast was ok with basic foods like eggs, beans, toast etc. Our room was facing the street and the traffic was...

We stayed one night at Mandalay Picton House. The hosts were very kind and helpful to us. The airline we flew in on had lost our bag and we were moving on to another city after one night. The hosts actually seemed to care. They helped us get in contact with the airline and were asking us what they could...

This person did not check the hotel policy before making a booking which clearly states that a non refundable one night stay will be charged. She then decided to cancel her booking and demanded her deposit back . I had explained the hotel policy several times to her and told her the deposit can not be refunded. She threatened me...
