We stayed here for my husband's 50th. The staff were fantastic, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They genuinely wanted to be as helpful as possible. We had complimentary sparkling wine and strawberries on arrival. Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you to the lady that made the perfect porridge! Hotel clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet location yet walking distance to...

The hotel and staff are fantastic. Second time we have stayed and this time with our two boys. Quiet area but very central and easy to walk to Oxford Street. Team accommodated early check in. Lovely breakfast and cosy bar to unwind (needed after shopping with the wife)

Stayed here for husband's surprise 30th birthday. We often stay in London for a similar price I paid or for more money. Overall, we decided that this was one of the best. We thought that the rooms were styled really well. The bathroom was huge and I have never seen such a large selection of Molton Brown products. A good...

Montagu Place Hotel is that perfect townhouse boutique hotel thst you want for your weekend in London. Nestled alongside the grandeur of leafy Montagu Square it is both tucked away and incredibly central. Our room was small yet clean and comfy. The selection of up to the minute magazines in the room is a nice touch. Thank you to Giulia...

It is the third time I stayed at the Montagu Place, for lack of a listed corporate hotel option from my company, and I am all the better for it - this small hotel housing maybe 10-12 rooms in total is top notch, quiet, with the most attentive and forthcoming staff without being intrusive. Small but tasteful rooms in an...

Very cosy and charming little hotel. Just a 10 mins walk to Oxford Street. Our rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there is no lift in this hotel. However, no worries as hotel staff helped to carry the heavy luggage to the rooms. Pleasantly surprise with the little luxuries in the room such as Molton Brown toiletries.

I was pleasantly surprised on check in that not only was my room ready I was given a complimentary upgrade! I've stayed in several hotels in London for work, and this was by far the nicest of this price bracket. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds and Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. The tea/coffee facilities were excellent too (freshly ground coffee...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
