Had a studio with well equipped kitchen. The overhead ceiling is thin and footsteps were load. I was aware of the person or persons entering and all the time they spent inside their flat - even with my earplugs in! I reported the noise to the Letting office and the very pleasant girl said she would write a letter to...

Smelly, Gross and dark. Dont be fooled by front of house. Was there with family and thought from the front it looked lovely. Then went up to the flat and it was dark and awful. Would not Recommend. Would Not go again. 1/5

I had booked a double room with sofa bed to sleep five people, when I checked in I found the staff on reception rude, but I ignored this as sometimes being busy at a weekend it happens. When I got up to the room the corridors looked dates and old and needed a refresh very 1920's. The room had one...

When I am travelling on work and don't need anything too fancy I always use Chelsea cloisters. It is very good value and the location couldn't be better. The rooms are always fully functional and clean, and for me the kitchen is useful. The other reviews need to understand that it is not a boutique hotel, however a convenient cheap...

OK, it's in Chelsea and if that's important then you may want to consider this place (only reason it gets two stars and not one). It certainly isn't luxury (it's billed as luxury serviced apartments). Noisy, hot, very poorly appointed. What's the point of a washing machine but no cooker (just a microwave). And no tea/coffee making facilities! Wifi comes...

Don't be fooled by the website or the location of this place, the pictures on the site are misleading. This place is a hell hole. The rooms are tiny, unclean and in desperate need of updating. The staff are unfriendly too, staying at this place ruined our short break, thank god we had only booked one night will not be...

My husband gifted me and my son with this trip and we both appreciate it. My main complaint: I bumped into the towel warmer and burned! my arm. I was met with minimal sympathy and a pathetic packet of "blott" from a packet. That being said: $220 a night gets you: one dish towel one sponge one cleaning cloth one...

I stayed here with my 19yr old Daughter for 2 nights. I have stayed here before so knew what to expect, although this time we did get a bigger room. Where in London can you find this location with a bath, kitchen facilities and a comfy bed? Answer is you can't. Yes it could be renovated and there are a few...

The building is perfectly situated with walking access to South Kensington tube, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the V&A Museum, Harrods and the royal Albert Hall. Judging by other reviews, you need to book your apartment wisely as some serviced apartment companies leave their properties rather shabby. We booked via air bnb, and stayed in an independently owned...

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
