My second visit - everything is great and the staff are most accommodating and professional! London is expensive - the hotel does it's best to provide for everything that is needed. Breakfast is filling; water pressure is great; adapters available in the room and the free smart phone is the BEST! Hope the hotel keeps it - it was wonderful...

Whenever I have an overnight stay in London I book into the Sheriff. Considerably cheaper than anywhere else I have found, virtually round the corner from Buckingham Palace and a short walk from Victoria Station, it's convenient for getting round London. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, there's complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water, telly, Wi-Fi, smart phone, plenty...

Excellent place with all the comodities, good location for a good price. The location may not be very easy to find if you're still not used to the maps, but a smartphone's app will be more than enough.

Fantastic location, super central. Decent room if not a tad on the small side, bit tricky moving around the bed with two people. Nice and clean, everything you need. Id recommend it mainly because of the location, 5 minutes from Victoria Coach Station, 10min from the Tube.

A cozy hotel right beside Victoria Station so close to many attractions which you could easily reach by foot. We were coming to see les miserable so we're not in the room lots. We are very satisfied as after reading some reviews was a bit worried about coming. We stayed in a room 34 which was an ensuite room with...

- horrible breakfast. Only bread, butter, muesli, boiled eggs and sometimes some pastry (industrial croissants) the coffee was as dirty water and the milk was cold. The breakfast room was very very small for all the people in the hotel. - we booked a room for 3. The room was tiny. Not even space for 3 cabin bags. - the...

I stayed here on a trip to London with my brothers. The room was clean and you were provided with water, tea and coffee. They also gave you a device that had lots of information to help you pick out the best places to go. You could also use it as a phone with unlimited calls and data. The beds...

Nice and clean. Althoug we had the bath downstairs. Okay breakfast but better bread would be nice. Very central not far away from Victoria station and it is possible to go to many attractions in the City.

We travelled together (a four-member family, two boys in their teens), our room was at the top of the building so we were very pleased to find out there were no noises to disturb. Everything looks new or refurbished and they also provide with a cell phone servive with internet access and a powerful wi-fi. The breakfast is also good,...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
