Clean comfortable hotel. Very economical considering its location. Staff friendly and only interested in giving good service. Had a problem with the hot water. Took an age to heat up and then tepid at best. As only staying one night I reported it on checking out. The Asst Manager on duty was most concerned and very gracious in dealing with...

As other have stated this is a great location, and has great reception staff. Unlike another commentator I would say the wifi access was fairly standard for hotel wifi, I had issues with my wifi initially due to the access point outside my room having an issue. Once I moved rooms this sorted that issue and the wifi was fast...

Loved the stay, it was so clean and everything was perfect. I would definitely be staying here if I come to London to see my families. I have been brought up here so the place was very much familiar. Thank you to the staffs.

Excellent service, staff is helpful and professional. Hotel location is one of the best you could find, across the street from Marylebone Railway station, with Undergroundservice, shops, and food within easy reach. Wi Fi access could be improved, procedure is not user friendly.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
