Stayed here for the weekend, staff very friendly and rooms very clean and bed very comfortable....I would add reception, lifts, and hallways all look tired with little chips here and there.Travelodge has no catering facilities so we headed to Witherspoons at Baker Street about a five minute walk for breakfast.Staff always availible in reception and place seemed very secure no noise issues...

I had a 2 night stay in February, and whilst the first night was fine, the second was a disaster. My room wasn't serviced after the first night and I had no water either. The hotel is undergoing a refurb, but this wasn't an issue.

Clean, tidy and comfortable room with very friendly staff. Excellent value for money considering it's located in Central London. Will definitely choose it again if I need to and will recommend it to others.

Incredibly convenient for Marylbeone station, all of the staff were really friendly and helpful and used their initiative to make sure our stay was as successful as possible. The bedroom was well presented and was clean and fresh, although the bathroom was on the small side. Despite being in the middle of upgrading their breakfast room there was no sign...

We stayed there to be close to an appointment that we had on Harley Street, which was literally under 15 minutes walk away (average walking pace, not rushing). The bed was really comfy, probably the best bed we have ever slept in whilst away - no lumps or ridges, firm and even mattress yet soft enough. It would have been...

No frills room, but perfectly adequate. Comfy bed, all told did the job! Over the road from Marylebone station and a few minutes from Baker street tube, ie good access to transport. Would use again if the need arise.

Me and my partner stayed here for the night and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We had a choice of what floor to stay on. The room was clean and tidy and although looked over the station was not over noisy at all. Bed was comfy and had a nice shower. The only small negative was that the...

My partner and I recently stayed here for two nights. Our room was very clean and the large bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. The shower was nice and warm, with fresh towels provided every day. The TV was modern and consisted of a good range of channels. The tea and coffee facilities were a nice extra. The hotel is...

Travelodge are my favourite due to king size beds and modern hotels and good locations. Marylebone was fantasticall located from the train station.. and the bedroom and reception did not disappoint. Corridoors and lifts are in serious need of an upgrade. But all in all a pleasant stay! Excellent value also! And George the lovely night receptionist is such an...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
