It was cheap.. for a place quite central in London.. very cheap. The floor I was on had new showers and toilets installed. The single bedroom that I had was basic but clean.

Though the accommodation was basic it was clean and the location excellent. Very handy for the bus and tube. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but is the quietest accommodation in have ever stayed in in my 15 years of visiting London.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
It's student accommodation and I've never stayed in student accommodation where there wasn't.

Hello! I was wondering if someone could tell me how far the nearest tube station is, and how long it takes on the tube to get to central London. Thank you so much!
