What was meant to be a 2 month stay turned into a 8 month stay. We stayed in one of the Studio rooms and it was great. Private room, bathroom and kitchen. The only downfall was that cleaning was once every two weeks and there was no space to keep a hoover so very difficult to clean on your own....

I rented a studio apartment for 4 months and it was very good value for money. It had an excellent location and lots of shops around which really made he stay enjoyable. The reception was also nice and friendly.

It's a very good place to stay in London for a short/long term. Everything is new and modern, not comparable with the majority of residences/rooms in share flats. Is very quiet, queensway is just 5 min walking: tesco, sainsbury's.... waitrose supermarket is just 3 min from the residence. Good connection by tube: circle and hammersmith and city line.

Nice, modern rooms and building. The cleaning of the rooms could be done more frequently and more thoroughly. The washing machines should also be free, and if not, they should be paid with a card not coins.

Visited with my fiancé and we stayed in the double studio room on the 10th floor. The room was very spacious and the view was lovely. 2 minutes walk to Royal Oak station and there is a bus stop just out side. It is safe and secured and have 24 hrs reception. The house manager Chi was very helpful and...

I've been living at Torquay House for the past year. Have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Room and facilities are high spec, plenty of storage, always clean and well maintained. Building is also very safe and secure. Would not hesitate to return or recommend. Many thanks Torquay crew for making my first year in London enjoyable!

I was surprised by how nice the room was considering the price. It comes complete with a tiny kitchen. The bus stops right around the corner, about a minute's walk away. It's about 5 minute walk to the Royal Oak station and 10 to the Bayswater station near the Whiteley's shopping center. I would definitely book again.

The building is very good, modern, very quiet, and it's a safe neighbourhood, with very good transports (bus stops outside the building and subway it's just 3 minutes walk) Staff is friendly, we really had a good time while we lived there for 3 months. Studio is not too big, but it's comfortable and cosy. The rooftop is nice, good...

Nice rooms. Clean, professional and very friendly. Not a great area but definitely an excellent location; Little Venice, Queensway, Paddington and Notting Hill are a short 5/10 min walk away, near lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Good public transport connection too. A bit expensive but worth the money. Will stay there again for sure!

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't open the window of the room. Everything else was perfect, we didn't have any problem. its just like 10 min away from Hyde Park, and like 2 min from the subway.
