Small room, Noisy towards Inside (hear all neighbours), shower not working properly. Window was vibrating noisily with the Wind. Bed too soft (certainly very old) no breakfast service. Disastroux price for value

I have stayed here twice recently, and I can recommend this place. This hotel is one of many spread around Argyle square, and it is one of the best. It is a short walk to King's Cross and St. Pancras, and you can easily get to the British museum and other places worth visiting from here. Everything is very clean...

This is one of the nicest boutique hotels that I have stayed in so close to Kings Cross with spacious and well designed rooms. Located right next to the tube station so plenty to see and do- highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, we picked the hotel as is was close to Kings Cross . The hotel is part of a complex of hotels on a square. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly got us through registration. The room we had was room 34 which was on the top floor, after...

Booked this hotel for a short stay with my family earlier this month. Two minutes away from Kings Cross and easy to find. We were travelling down for the Warner Bros tour and to visit the British Museum and the Natural History Museum and these were also easy to get to, as Euston station was within walking distance and St....

Small, clean hotel near St Pancras and King's Cross. Great place to stay if you are getting in late/leaving early from the above stations. There are much better hotels for the money in other parts of London.

For anyone who has ever stayed in London, you well know that lodging rates are at a premium while the room and amenities are frequently lacking. I booked the Melville since I was arriving late from the Eurostar from Paris. The walk from the station to the Melville was short and easy - literally only a couple of minutes. Upon...

Stayed 06 nights at Melville Hotel. Overall good experience! Room is really small for 02 pax with 2 backpacks + 2 suitcases. But the location (3mins to Kings Cross Station) / cleanliness of room made up for it! Helpful reception staff even helped to carry my 15kg suitcase up to 4th floor, can't thank him enough :) We really loved...

For a clean hotel with all the essential facilities three minutes from King's Cross, the Melville gives remarkably good value. Yes, the rooms are small and noise can be a problem, but large, quiet rooms in such a good location cost a great deal more.

It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
