It was filthy, there were broken things and leftovers from the people that used the room before. I wouldn't go never again. The filthyness caused me a rush on the face. The reception wasn't helpful at all.

Got to the hotel and checked in easy enough, however this is where the problems started. When we went to enter our room we found a lone women and her child in a room which we had prebooked weeks in advance. We immediately told the receptionist, who didn't seem to think this was an issue, without apologising he eventually informed...

We stayed from 9th -12th July.It was the worst experience. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, had to get the luggages up ourselves,no help from the staff, just 1 person working only answered after 10 minutes of knocking the door. Room was dingy looking, carpets had nails protruding frm the floor, toilet was filthy, cudnt hang the shower head as the hook is...

Arrived late with a heavy bag and the staff did not help with anything and it was not nice. No elevator. Really small rooms with not so good showers. Not very clean. The breakfast was in the other hotel across the road and it was nice.

The hotel is minimalistic- provides you the very necessary things, such as toilets, shower, kettle, free Wi-Fi and even TV. - but nothing more. When taking into acount the money paid - it's a pretty nice hotel in a good location, but I won't recommend it for couples or families, only for group of friends looking for a place to...

Arrived to this "hotel" with 3 other friends. We had booked 2 double rooms. When we arrived and they checked us in; they gave us a room in the basement and a room on the 2nd floor. The basement room has a sewage smell, was untidy and the bathroom was not cleaned properly before the room was given to us....

My room was in the Balkan hotel, across the road from the Euro-hotel central reception, and it was very good. new furnishings, very clean, excellent internet, big fridge. I paid less than £45 a night and based on my extensive London experience I never expected such a good room! Two big thumbs up.

I was happy with my room. It was clean, tidy and adequately equipped. The WiFi worked just fine. I slept well: no problems with noise or temperature. Breakfast was rather like a transport cafe but I ate well and it set me up for the day. I would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay, the room was clean. The best point were the quiet night´s; I got a good night sleep there! The hotel is central and next to the stations, underground, shopping centres and easy to get to the sites. Management were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Stayed 1st December 2015 - bed uncomfortable; en-suite far too small and disgusting with holes in the tiling, cracks and ingrained dirt around the shower; breakfast room filthy and smelly - continental breakfast inadequate in choice and quality. Bedside light not working - impossible to close doors quietly so awoken by others entering adjacent rooms. Quite the worst I've stayed...
