This hotel is a bit run down but great value. The rooms were small but had all you need including a tv and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was amazing, only continental but could be upgraded to full English for an extra cost. Overall a good priced hotel in a good location.

Our room was like a cell with paint peeling off the walls. Staff at Tophams were quite nice but we couldn't believe it when we were shown to our room. We had to put the light out early so we couldn't see it.

The hotel room smelt of damp, damp stains on walls and lampshades, stains on the floor, hairs in the bed and no main lights worked. Shower was also disgusting so we didn't use it. Great location and lovely staff in the Tophams but, description makes it sound like a separate hotel. Same hotel as 'Tophams' but awful rooms in the...

Room was not as advertised, shown to a room which was more like a low budget bed sit in a shady part of town. Tiny bathroom with an old plastic shower, the type you get in a caravan, dingy lighting, huge electric box next to the bed covered by a sheet and a toilet outside the room installed in a cupboard....

PLEASE PLEASE do not stay at this dump. The hotel has no reception, you book in down the road. We booked two twin rooms, got two doubles. One room was up four flights of stairs, the last flight being steep and dangerous with luggage. Decor was disgusting, dirty, shabby and mouldy. Dangerous as if there was a fire you would...

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Or acctually; I did not stay the night even though the room was already paid, I could not bare it. The room smelled of mould and sewage, and there was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom.

Stayed here for 1 night due to a course I was on close by. My company only ever put us in 4* hotels, however when I searched in the area all hotels were super expensive, Eaton Square was the only reasonable one, but was noted as a 4* so I thought great! It is definitely NOT a 4*! I stayed...

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I booked a discount rate through a third party website with them which clearly they weren't happy with. e-mailed me once to tell me that my card had been declined (phoned bank and they assured me no card charge had been taken or attempted). I confirmed card details with the hotel and gave them...

Very near Victoria Station which is convenient to the tube therefore Heathrow. Great staff and my room was just lovely. Breakfast was great and they even accommodated Gluten Free food. I totally think this place is the B&B to stay at in London.

Outside looks quite noble - inside disaster. Rooms were downright dirty, stains on the ceiling from a leak from the room above, noisy - thin walls and poor flooring, ill-fitting doors, tv didn't work etc., There is nothing positive I can report about the hotel building. I am surprised that the UK "Health and Safety" police allow it to continue...

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
