We booked a twin room for 6 days. Our room was just the right size for two people and it was clean during our stay. Fantastic english breakfast included! They have 24 hour reception desk and the staff was very helpfull and polite. And fantastic location! Very handy to Paddington and lot of restaurants around. Excellent stay, highly recommended it!

I can't understand some of the reviews that have been written about this fantastic hotel! I stayed here for a short break when travelling from Scotland. I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and everything was explained to me and I was given free maps. My room was very spacious and very clean with white clean sheets on...

We booked what we thought was a room for 4. When we checked in, we were given the keys to what they referred to as the 'suite'. Sounded great. We walked the 3 flights of possibly the narrowest stairs I've ever encountered (because there was no elevator), but when we opened the door all we could do was laugh. The...

So so dirty! Rubbish on the floor and in the shower from previous client. We mentioned about our concerns. The sink was blocked. The manager hasn't even contacted us to apologise. The price is really expensive for the poor standing of the room.

Stayed for 1 night whilst we attended Proms in the Park. Looked fine from the outside but things went downhill once we entered. Receptionist was very pleasant and she checked us in ok but thought we had booked 2 rooms instead of 1. I realise now that we probably paid over the odds as I had booked through booking.com and...

Booked a double room and was given a twin bedded room - ended up moving furniture around to push beds together - luckily we were there only one night. Room was clean but bathroom was no bigger than a cupboard and the shower screen was broken and the shower head was the size of a 10p piece! Breakfast was 7am-9am...
