Didn't even stay here. Booked to stay next year had an issue and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and hung up on me more than once. Appalling customer service would not recommend here at all..

Sub-standard. Lobby cluttered with large shipping boxes and "stored" luggage. Fanny-pinching toilet seat. Duct taped electrical outlets. Dirt-encrusted exhaust fans with missing frames. Sporadically flushing toilets. Cracked windows. Pealing paint. Slug trails on basement room carpet. Handle missing on hot water faucet. Dried on feces on outside of toilet bowl.122 pounds per night. Utility closets packed with junk, big fire...

We payed 250£ for two nights. For that kind of money you would at least expect that your toilet seat is not broken, your bed would be made, the window is not broken, salt with the pepper at breakfast, there would be a remote control, a nice bed and a clean carpet. But none of that. What we did get...

Horrible night spent along side unflushed toilet, no hot water at sink, cracked toilet seat, windows covered with dirt and mold, window pane broken, dirt and rust on walls, filthy hallways. YUCK. We bolted for another nearby hotel as soon as the sun rose. There is no reason for this place to be so disgusting. It sits in a row...

Excellent location for where I wanted to be. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room - gosh, where do I start. Room 1a in the basement. Dampness coming out of the cubby-hole 'bathroom', shower fixture in a bad shape - toilet flushed, so that was a bonus, but couldn't work out how the extractor fan...

Needed a hotel close to Hyde Park and Marylebone Station, this hotel perfectly situated in the middle. Clean everywhere, great friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly cooked breakfast. Great price and would stay again.

We paid £125 for one night for two people. I want expecting much.. But what we got was worse than I could have ever expected. Firstly, I have never had a bed that was as hard, as lumpy, as uncomfortable as this one. It truly was an awful nights sleep. Secondly, it was as dirty as hell! The bathroom was...

I have stayed in many hotels in London and this one was not the worst, although it was still quite horrible. Admitedly, the staff were kind and I felt sorry for them having to constantly try and make things right. On the reception desk stood a strange volcanic humidifier erupting a sweet sickly plume of steam. I couldn’t help but...

The main reason I chose this hotel was because its close to the Paddington tube station, however I found out after I have arrived the station will be closed until mid-aug. Nonetheless the hotel is still very accessible from Lancaster gate. I stayed in a double room, the bed was comfy. And the breakfast was decent. Nevertheless the wash basin...

Hotel near Paddington station and tube, close to other hotels, restaurants, pubs. In very poor condition, small rooms, not very clean, bathrooms small you can barely turn around, you have no where to hang a towel. The rooms should be well cleaned, washed windows and repair, black curtains were not washed for years. You have to ask for toilet paper...
