This property is now run by VPS (vacant property services) we are property guardians looking after empty buildings to prevent them being trashed by squatters. On my time line this should now be identified as a home rather than hotel.

Very basic student accomodation, exactly as advertised - dated but clean. Shared bathrooms and toilets were also basic but clean. Great location near Imperial War Museum and felt safe to walk around. Access to a kitchen was a big plus. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely well situated, near a Tube station, a bus stop, and within easy walking distance of Waterloo station, the London Eye, the Southbank Centre, the BFI, the Old Vic etc., opposite the Imperial War Museum. There are onvenient shops and restaurants nearby. The room I was in was a student's room, simple. It had a washbasin in a cabinet. Toilet...

Stayed for two nights with adult daughter. The accommodation was quite dated but very clean and warm. The facilities were basic but understandably as it's student accommodation. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Really, given the price, it offered an ideal place to stay. We'd certainly go back.

I have stayed happily in a number of University rooms in London and Cambridge but nothing prepared me for the horror of this place, and I lived through the 1970's. International House would be in a time-warp if it had not gone downhill for 40 years. The staff at reception are pleasant and seem unaware of how bad this place...

From its name, one could expect something quite grand. And a grand thing about it is its location. And the price. After that, be prepared for the most basic accommodation. We found our rooms to be clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Be prepared to use a shared bathroom and lavatory. On our floor, it was one of each...

I attended the glamoursly named "International House Waterloo" as part of an overnight stay in the Capital with work. We were holding a conference for our clients and we needed somewhere that was large enough to hold the group but also within a reasonable budget. Having read mixed reviews on here and keft with little options due to timings, we...

Staff were pleasant but didn't seem to be aware of the booking which was not very reassuring. The room was on the fifth floor (although one of our party was older and they had been advised of this). We were left to find the room ourselves. Shabby, stained and torn carpets, dirty walls, no sink in room etc all made...

I stayed here for four weeks whilst interning down in London and struggled to find fault. International House was, in my opinion, well worth the price-although basic, my room was spacious and clean with plenty of storage space for clothing, books and toiletries. The accommodation is less than a ten minute walk from Waterloo station and there are a selection...

I stayed in London on a Thursday night as was seeing friends. London accommodation is, in general, quite costly so I thought I would think outside the box a little and try something different. I looked at hostels, and private rooms in hostels but then thought about looking at university accommodation. This was when I stumbled across International House. The...
