The location is perfect, very quiet place, M station just 3 minutes walk, a lot of buses to the various directions, fresh air, internet is free and high quality, rooms are too small, but still is very good value.

it depends what you want and what you are used to. facilities are minimal and breakfast is adequate but minimal. there is no bar or restaurant on site, you get a small room with a bed, you wouldnt want to spend a lot of time in the hotel. As a budget base to explore london it is fine the High Street and underground are both only a short walk away.
