My wife & I stayed the 1 night, just a few minutes walk from the tube. We were looking for accommodation close to the Alexander Palace. Jasmine was really friendly and helpful to my wife who emailed asking lots of questions and to help keep it all quiet from me as it was a birthday treat. The room was great,...

My husband and I stayed here as we had event tickets for the Alexandra Palace, used uber which wasn't expensive, but the Bay Tree is very close to Arnold Grove station should you prefer. Plenty of parking on the road outside, single yellow line so check times. Fab breakfast and warm hospitality, would not hesitate to recommend, 5*.

I had the pleasure of staying at this great B&B for 3 nights while on business in London. Conveniently located very close to Arnos Grove tube station on the Piccadilly line, it's a 20-minute ride into London Central. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and with delicious breakfast, it's far preferable to staying in a hotel. Highly recommended.

The property is very close to Arnos Grove tube station and very easy for access to central London. I received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner, who was available for any questions/queries I had. The double room I stayed in was large and very comfortable. The ensuite facilities were very good. Breakfast was copious and enjoyable. Overall, this...
