After a long day travelling to London to watch later live with jools holland at the BBC studios, we couldn't believe our eyes when we turned up to our so called "hotel". Although we left finding a room last minute we didn't expect to turn up to a building site. There was a skip on the front drive, workmen everywhere...

myself and my family were due to stay at the hotel Saturday night. When we arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes, there is a skip outsiade and workmen everywhere, the windows on the first floor were being replaced, and all the glass was outside on the drive. The parking was a good mile away. When we went inside, no one...

I have stayed in quite a few budget hotels in the Shepherds Bush and this one is probably the best. In general the place does feel a bit DIY but the rooms are always clean and the ensuite facilities decent. Rooms at the front of the hotel are a little noisy as Wood Lane is a busy road.

This place should be shut down. Stayed at the Abbey Hotel Sept 2011. The only hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have tea and coffee facilities (manager used current renovations as excuse - go figure). TV did not work, pillows were more like sacks, and the bathroom was closet like although new, and the phone could not...

Iv never done this before but this place is something else. I appreciate that it's a budget hotel but it really was bad! To start with the parking is a good 35 minute walk away(not mentioned on the website.) The women who works there was really rude and unhelpful. The whole place is filthy, I had to sleep fully dressed...

I have stayed at this Hotel many many times over the last 20 yrs. Sebastian the owner is very helpful and its a friendly place situated in the heart of Shepherds Bush. (If you stay there go to the nearby "PATIO restraunt" the finest food ive ever tasted from a Polish restraunt with a window full of good news reviews....

The situation of the B & B (that's being generous!) was handy being opposite The Westfield Shpping Centre and BBC studios. The sheets were clean, but the rest felt filthy. The walls were grotty and chipped as was the furniture. No toiletries and towels like sandpaper. Breakfast consisted of 3 cold croissants and cold toast. The coffee was disgusting despite...

Stayed for 2 nights. Had to pay in full on checking. Wished I had not! Car park a joke as literally miles away. Given bad direction from lady at reception…second mistake… Reception lady/owner has a real bad attitude - not very nice person at all and argues with other guests! Other people there were nice enough. Could not sleep much…bed...

Stayed here on 11th August. Location very good for the BBC studios and excellent shopping centre opposite. However, when we got up in the morning there was no water. Was told there was a little but there wasnt. Then was told it would be an hour until water came back (which meant 8am) and then was told 12 midday. So...
