Clean hotel with excellent amenities. A very straight forward corporate/business style hotel.

Very close to Westfield and Shepherds Bush tube.

You don't go to London to stay in your hotel room, you go to see the sights. That said, it's great to come back to a clean and comfortable room.

Used the flexible working offer I saw advertised for this hotel, I’ve got to say this is the best flexible workspace offering I have seen so far, great value in a very convenient location. I was amazed to see this Ibis hotel has hospital-grade air purifiers, it made my stay feel very safe and comfortable and I will definitely return to use their facilities, for me Ibis Shepherds Bush have demonstrated that the well-being of their guests is of the utmost importance. I’ve not seen another London hotel with this. Free coffee made the day go by easier, and it tastes great too!
Thank you Ibis Shepherd’s Bush, I will be back.

Great friendly staff especially the gentleman who checked us in (Francois) and gave amazing customer service. The room was basic but spotlessly clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. I really like that the Ibis is trying to be more eco friendly with the shower products. The location is great few minutes walk to the tube and there is a bus stop right near so it's very quick and easy to get anywhere. There a big Westfield if you need anything. Also fast food places should you want a quick bite. Definitely will be staying here again such great value.

Just got home after 2 nights in London. We wanted somewhere that was close enough to the centre but also cheap enough to leave our car.

The car park is part of W12 shopping centre. Drive right to the back of the car park where you will find the entrance to the hotel (you need to buzz through upon arrival but then can use your room key to get in and out if needed). We arrived at 6:30pm Sunday and left around 4:30pm Tuesday and it cost £22 total - very cheap for such a convenient location.

The hotel is outside of the congestion zone but if you have an old car, you have to pay a fee to drive around the area .

The room is very basic but clean and was perfect for somewhere to crash after a busy day in London. There is no safe or mini fridge but this wasn't an issue for us. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs but we did not use so can't comment as we were only there to sleep after days out!

The hotel is just over the road from the tube, train and bus station which all lead directly into central London.

I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel!

Ibis in Shepherd's Bush was genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in Ibis hotels all over the world and appreciate they are budget hotels, but this was absolutely dreadful.

Let's start with the positives. The location was very convenient being over the road from Shepherd's Bush underground. It was also a 5 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre which has every shop and restaurant imaginable.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

The room was a basic Ibis room, but the furnishings were tired and the bed was in desperate need of replacement.

I requested a quiet room both when booking and by email before arriving. Despite this, they assigned me possibly the noisiest room in the hotel. There was a dog above me, so the noise of it moving around echoed due to the hard laminate floors. The toilet cistern leaked, so there was the sound of running water all night. The TV remote was faulty and there was no way to turn off the TV, so it was on for 4 hours at a time.

The following morning, breakfast was appalling. The only hot vegetarian items were scrambled eggs (hard and dry) and hash browns (stone cold in the middle).

I left the hotel extremely tired and hungry. I moved to another budget hotel for the remainder of my stay and it was palatial in comparison.

After complaining to the hotel, they advised that they cannot control other guests. I appreciate this, but they knowingly assigned me a room below a dog when I specifically requested a quiet room. The maintenance issues were also firmly within their control.

Dear Peter Thank you once again for sharing your experience following your stay at Ibis Shepherds Bush. Please allow to express my sincere apologies for the shortfalls you have encountered. We are very sorry that a fellow neighbor's pet was disturbing you, the toilet cistern was leaking and a TV could not be turned off. We do encourage our guests to be respectful and considerate of each other, though you will appreciate that it is not always possible to control the behaviour of others. As much as possible the team on duty at the hotel will take action to quieten any disturbance that does occur. Our team is available 24/7 to solve any issues you encounter in the room. We are just a phone call away. I am certain that that the maintenance issues you have encountered would have been solved within a very short period of time and minimum interruption, once we were aware of them. Regardless, you should find your room without the shortfalls once you enter, and I do apologize that it was not a case. I am sorry to hear that hot breakfast selection did not suffice. We do offer scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, beans, hash browns and vegetarian sausages that are suitable for vegetarians. Following you complaint at the Reception the following morning, we have processed the refund for the following night and we were disappointed to hear you have sought an accommodation elsewhere. I would like to express my apologies once again. This was very disappointing to hear, but we hope you give us another chance to make it up to you. Best Regards Egle

The room was good size for a basic, standard hotel. The room looks exactly the same as the photos on the site. The room was clean and quiet (when the window is closed) so does block out quite a bit of the outside traffic noise.
Bed was comfy and the room had a basic aircon/heater system that was adequate. As i was there during a heatwave I did wish that the room could have been a little cooler.

Had breakfast a few times and it is pretty good for the price if you do like a big English Breakfast.

My room had a bathroom that is very similar to a Cruise Ship so be wary if you may be inclined to trip as there is a step up into the bathroom pod. Shower was nice and had good pressure.

I used the washing service which worked out to be about 23pounds for a small load. Was picked up and delivered back within 24hrs.

The only thing I wish the hotel room had was a mini fridge so that you could store drinks cold when you bought them back to your room.

Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is very close to bus stops (one which will take you to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus) and the Shepherds Bush Underground Station (Central Line) as well as Overground. Walking distance to many take away outlets, restaurants and Westfield. If you walk to the other side of Westfield you are also at another Tube Station on the Circle Line.

We visited London in late Jan 2022, and our car broke down in Westfield London shopping centre in the late evening. After waiting for hours to get the roadside rescue service, we were told that we needed to find a hotel as they couldn’t fix the car on the spot. A quick search in the nearby area at 1 am, we found this hotel was still opening and available. Arrived at the hotel with 2 very tired little ones – 6 and 3 years old, we were welcomed by the amazing staff AKIRA. His great service included quickly sorting out a room for us, helping the little ones to arrive at the room safely, and sorting us a travel cot and the extra beddings for my daughter to sleep in. During his service, he was calm, kind, very polite, and acted very fast, which really warmed our hearts. He also helped me to charge the phone the next morning so I can call the breakdown service.

We couldn’t appreciate more for the stay and the service, I will recommend this hotel to all my family, friends, and colleagues. And please pass our sincere thanks to AKIRA, he is a superstar!

I came to stay at the hotel and even worked in the room on my laptop because the wifi is so reliable and fast. They provide breakfast when asked and there was always lots of hot coffee available to help get through the day.

The price reflects the busy and vibrant area, but you could get the same service in another one of there hotels, a great stay, made possible by the staff.

We arrived after a long journey from the north east, we parked in the multi-storey next door and were pleased to find access into the hotel. Bonus the parking was discounted by the hotel to £11 per night. A quick trip in the lift to reception and we were checked in very quickly and efficiently. We had a room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and very comfortable. We could see the main road but we’re no disturbed by the road noise. The shower and toilet is one of those prefabricated units but is adequate for our stay and was very clean with a lovely hot shower. The bed was so comfortable with extra pillows available from the wardrobe. The storage was fine for a weekend with hanging space and shelves. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with hot food, continental, cereals, breads and good selection of mini pastries. Even had boiled eggs. Juices were topped up regularly. The coffee matching was being repaired on the first morning, but staff were making hot drinks if needed.
Location was great for our visit to the television centre and into London for tourist stuff and theatre.

I have stayed in this hotel on several ocassions, especially when transiting from Coventry through London to Nairobi and I find checking in and checking out very efficient and fast. The hotel has an onsite restaurant and bar and mainly use the onsite restaurant for breakfast, which is decent - they serve english and continental breakfast and never found it crowded at any time.

If you want to use public transport to central london or Heathrow, the hotel is a couple blocks away from Shephard Bush station and also close to bus stop if you prefer travelling by London bus. The front desk staff are also very helpful in arranging for transfers and tours.
The Westfield mall at white city is also about 5-7 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are also many restaurants around the hotel which provides a good option for eating out.
