We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very adequate and newly refurbished. The staff were really helpful, welcoming and any request was immediately responded too. The small kitchen was quite adequate and we made good use of it. The studio was cleaned daily and it was so nice to return to a spotless environment. The bus stop virtually...

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst exhibiting at London Olympia. It's an excellent location for just a 10 minute walk (if that) to Olympia West. The apartment I had (lower ground 1, LG1) was a family room with a double and 2 singles. I was just on my own, so plenty of space but I can imagine it would...

I was greeted by a man sitting in reception who I believe did not work for The Kensington Studio, he asked if I could wait until the receptionist comes back. Two minutes later I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming, asked for a copy of my ID and explained that the reception area closes after 6pm and...

I stayed overnight whilst doing some attraction actives in London. We arrived in London early on the day of check in and even though check-in wasn’t until later on in the afternoon we were able to leave our bags (not in a secure room, just in an open space. Bags need to be locked or anyone could take them). We...

I stayed here two nights. I love being able to do my own cooking when I'm away and everything was here to be able to do so. Very clean and modern and with a room facing the rear of the property, quiet on the outside. It wasn't so quiet on the inside however. The bare floors squeak when you walk...

We went to an exhibition and needed to fly out the next day from Heathrow. We requested the higher floor to avoid the noise from the street. But it was relatively quiet anyway in the area for a Sunday night. Decant stay not too much of a problem. Relative cheap price compare to the big brand luxury hotel.

My employer's agent booked this accommodation and when I arrived at the miniscule reception, I was peremptorily told in halting English that there was a strict prepayment policy and I needed to pay with the card used to secure the booking. I am not permitted by my employer to pay direct nor do I have their agent's credit card so...

Stayed here for two weeks. It's 15 minutes walking distance from shepherd's bush subway. The rooms are cleaned or tidied everyday. What the room misses is a washing machine and an oven. There's a microwave in the room, but I find those quite useless (I don't eat ready/student meals). A major plus is the shower. The largest one I've come...

I went for a weekend break to London with my husband, teenage daughter and her friend. The apartment while small was ideal, clean, well equipped and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The area had some love shops and eating places and apartment block was very close to the tube station with a Star Bucks and Supermarket across the...

Clean modern if basic rooms but extremely poor service. The customer is expected to do everything because there is no reception when you need it (who needs a hotel reception between 10am and 5pm?!?!?!?) and when you have a problem with your room, it's the customer's responsibility to sort it out. Also, because there's no reception and the sister hotel...
