Me and my boyfriend spent 4 nights in this small, cozy hotel. Very kind staff! We absolutely loved it! We were in 2nd floor (no elevator-understandable when there are only two floors). It wasn´t a problem for us at all! Hotel is very clean, tidy. Cleaning of the room was on daily basis. There is not a toilet in the...

4 days trip to London with my wife and my one year old boy. The room (103) was big with shower inside and the baby cot was ready for us when we arrived. The room was tidy and clean (very important to us when your kid is crowling everywhere). The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent...

At first I thought I had found a gem. I needed a place to stay around Great Ormond Street Hospital as my daughter was booked in for neuro surgery. Serious business. The room, although I take on board and agree with the other comments re noise from other rooms and the décor being a tad tired at first seemed ok....

I can assure you that third party pest controllers visited the premises following your stay. We take these matters extremely seriously. You have been provided with a copy of their report. They are continuing to monitor the room that you stayed in and still have found no evidence. I can only apologise to you, however there is nothing we can...

Having been a regular with Grange hotels over the past couple of years, this will sadly be my last. Undermanned check-in meant a lenghty wait and the majority of staff seem to be trainees. They were very friendly, but didn't seem to have anyone around to help them. Room 9 has definitely seen better days, the light constantly flickered, the...

After moving from an hotel unexpectedly we booked this on Sunday morning for £76. We got room 007 on the lower ground floor. It was huge! Massive bed, so very comfortable. Great shower too. A room we would probably not be able to afford on a Friday or Saturday but as a last minute booking it was an absolute treat....

I had to wait 40 minutes for my room to be ready i.e. after the 2.00pm deadline. So I asked for a cup of tea. I had to pay room service. The room smelled of cleaning products. I asked a member of staff to open the huge casement window for me. She said I could just pull it up. I...

Nice hotel, confortable, clean, cosy. It's little but well organized. Girls at the welcome are friendly. Windows let the noise go through but the street is calm. Situation is good. Not far from tube station and the British museum in the next street. There are buses too. Only thing is that the toilets are out of the rooms but we...

The hotel is nice and clean, reception staff very pleasant and helpful as were staff on duty at breakfast. Booked the semi ensuite room (actually in error) and worried a little regards shared toilet, there wasn't really a need to worry as the toilets were very clean and close by the room. A little strange looking at your shower/basin in...
