No one helped me in many times that i needed it. The worst employed is the italian man. And the WiFi in the rooms is so bad, so I had to down stairs but almost in the lobby was bad too. I had problems with the elevator too.

The hostel is really nice! Good and calm positions, near the tube stop and in front of the bus stop; there are direct buses to the centre and to liverpool street station (useful for who have to catch the stansted express). All the area were really good and clean (cleaning was done every day, even in bedrooms and common bathrooms)....

The hostel was great! It was extremely safe, luggage could be stored in cages under the bed and you had to use your key to get on the elevator. It was also extremely clean and pleasant. Overall, a great experience. The only thing I did not like is the shower is on a 10 second timer, makes it very difficult...

Pretty great for the price. Paid £140 for 3 nights for 2 people over a weekend with a groupon voucher. Great location, so close to tube station. Bed hard as rocks but room super clean & no sign of bed bugs. Breakfast would have been fine if there had been a toaster! One simple thing would have changed it from...

Honestly speaking this hostel is in a dirty zone and too far for the beautiful places in London. Actually for a moment we thought london was horrible. We have to walk a lot around London to find the most beautiful places London has!!

This was the first time I booked a hostel on my own and I was pleased with the experience. The accommodation was easily accessible from the tube station which was convenient. The facility itself was also clean and the rooms were nice. There were curtains around each bed which helped with privacy and I'd recommend it/ come back again. It...

Location is really good, near to a tube station and meters away from a bus stop. Breakfast was good and the rooms are clean and tidy. Checking the prices charged in London, this Hostel is a very good option at an excellent price for a short stay in the city.
