Didn't have a pleasant experience at this hotel. Staff were ok it was the room which wasn't up to my usual standard. The big stain on our mattress cover was horrendous. The little touches were missing too, no bin!!! Breakfast was good but won't be staying again!!!

Dirty bed sheets, no bedside light bulb, curtains held back with safety pins, no bin. Could not sleep on the bed. When discovered problem was too late to contact reception. Just a lack of attention to detail. Positive note breakfast was good.

The breakfast was really good, for an English breakfast. My mom said that it was comfortable enough. But tiny, she couldn't even turn around in the bathroom. However I was impressed that they were even able to clean such a cluttered space. We thought we booked a twin room, but apparently that was not true. And the staff could do...

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in for 40+ years. DO NOT COME HERE. I have the night to get through yet so may decamp to a proper hotel yet? Noisy. Grumpy and angry receptionist. Unhelpful staff, crappy box rooms, impossible shower. Oh boy, it's hard to find a positive. STAY AWAY

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life , the rooms are tiny , a single room is basically a corridor , the rooms are dirty and the shutters that are meant to keep out noise of the busy road broken and ineffective and there are no facilities...not good

After reading some reviews on this hotel I was a little wary about staying here, however I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed here for 1 night with 2 friends last weekend. We had a triple room which had one double bed and a pull up bed. We had plenty of room and it was clean and tidy. I would give...

Booked into the BPH and was quite pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel fully expecting it to be much the same as most other mid-range hotels in London - I booked a single room so wasn't surprised that it was quite small however the standard of furnishings was very high, large Samsung Plasma tv and a really lovely...

I no this hotel is in London but for what you get I found it quite pricey your basically paying for location and nothing else. I would say the room needed decorating window paint chipped, dirty walls, mould in the corner of the shower. Shower room very small! I was on the third floor an this hotel has no lift...

We are just home from a very pleasant stay in the Bloomsbury Palace hotel. From reading some of the past reviews I was expecting a horrible place and this isn't the case at all. Staff were lovely, very helpful with any issues. Rooms were nice, small but just enough room really. I did see a single room though and it...
