Didn't expect much but the service was nice, rooms were decent and I had a feeling that they try to keep it tidy and organised. For the price offered it is a good deal. Of course there was a feeling of a budget establishment but it wasn't unpleasantly obvious.

Stayed here for two nights November 2018. Have stayed once before.

any shops nearby for drinks and snacks ECT like a Tesco, asda etc?
Sainsbury and Tescos easy walking distance. Penge high street is the closest for pubs and restaurants, but nothing high end. short taxi in to Beckenham and you'll find some nicer places.

Hi, Can anyone who has driven to the hotel help? I need to park overnight and understand that spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. Does anyone know if there is either on-street parking near by or a car park where the car can be left overnight? Many thanks
The main entrance is on Avenue Road just off Croydon Road which has no parking restrictions but you should be able to get a space in the car park.

Hi, Thanks for your answers about the nearest underground tube from the hotel. I am from Mauritius and it is my first visit in London. I don't know anything about the means of transport there. I am staying at this hotel and our family is going to visit london bridge, London Eye and Madame Tussauds etc. So what is the best way to get there? Can i go by bus? How much time will it take me and where to get the bus tickets? Thanks, Arshad
