It was never going to be the ritz but I didn't pay ritz prices! I was worried about what I would turn up to after reading the reviews but the staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, a hairdryer was included and we got an ensuite bathroom in a really expensive location for a good price. Would definitely stay again!

Booked a family room, for check in at 13.30. Arrived 13.45 and was told by man on reception should be between 18.00 and 19.00. Agreed to let us in due to children needing the toilet. Paid extra £5.00 for wifi and £3.50 each for breakfast. Family room was up 4 flights of stairs (fortunately we had no pram!), and on...

Check the pictures. Upside down sockets, TV that doesn't work, paper walls and ceiling with squeeky floorboards above. I'm not a moany person and not...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
