Unfortunately during our stay there was a major water mains burst so we appreciate that this caused the hotel some major issues, however that does not account for the off hand attitude of the receptionist on arrival, the shoddy decor of the first room we were given, or the broken bed in the second room, or when we complained and...

The entrance & reception as well as the breakfast room are gorgeously decorated and outside, the front of the buidling is fitted with lovely Xmas lights. The whole village of Blackheath has the same atmosphere by the way, completed by the...

I was taking my teenage daughters to the O2 for a concert. It was a last minute booking and I couldn't have picked a more convenient or better to place ne to stay. It literally was a five minute walk from Blackheath station. The room was plenty big enough for the three of us. The bathroom was small but was...

Arrived on Thursday to the usual happy and welcoming staff. Upon arrival we were asked if we needed our bags carrying to our room. We had been upgraded by The Manager to a room with a view over the garden. Warm, & comfortable room with plenty of space. The breakfast was hot and plenty of whatever you wanted. I cannot...

We stayed here for two nights and the family room allocated to us was a generous size...3 single beds in one room, double bed in other. The rooms themselves are adequate with tea coffee facilities and plenty of clean towels. The decor is somewhat dated but the rooms have everything needed. The bathrooms are small with the over bath shower...
