My wife and I stayed in the Clarendon on a Saturday night. Pros: Staff were friendly and location was great. Cons: no hot water pressure in the morning (give another room just for shower), no iron in the room. When paying £169.00 per night I just expect better.

A very friendly hotel the dinner and breakfast were good. The mattress on the bed was worn out, the first plane was overhead at about5:30 and the first van left at 6:30. However it is good value for money in the area and has great views.

Dear markrB5382DZ - Thank you for your review. It seems the phase an 'ill wind' is very apt here. I always think discovering Blackheath for the first time is just wonderful. As you mentioned we have the village (Pubs, restaurants and shops - and a pond) Thank you also for your kind comments regarding our staff and breakfast. See you...

The hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location as we were attending an event at the 02. The staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas were pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were small and basic but fairly clean. However we did have a major issue that on the morning we were leaving there was no hot water!!....

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a concert in the O2. The location is excellent - only a short bus ride from the O2. The local area was also lovely with lots of shops and restraunts to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I think it's great that they allow dogs (although I...

The service was great - everyone was friendly. The restaurant was pretty good and again the wait staff was great. The room however was in dire need of some TLC. Broken tiles, chipped paint, black discolored grout, spungy bathroom floor, cold drafty windows. Bed was soft but lumpy and the mattress was shot. No mini bar that I could find...

Smashing breakfast with a cosy room. Well situated very close to Blackheath village and common with a beautiful walk through the park down to Greenwich, the Maritime Museum and the Wolfe Monument. Welcoming staff. Third visit.
