London hotels are very expensive. This is a very reasonably priced budget place to stay, in a quaint Victorian house in a quiet neighborhood. Its been recently renovated. My room was small and basic but clean, with a shared bath. Its conveniently located close to the tube, Kentishtown and Camden market. A decent breakfast is included. Definitely no frills, but... We stayed in a triple room for a gig at the O2 Forum. The room was warm and clean, as was the bed linen and with breakfast included, we found it really good value for money. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential street but within a few minutes walk to the tube, the O2 and local bars etc.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights - my daughters were at a concert at the O2 Forum and I bumbled round London for the weekend. 10 minutes walk to the tube through nice neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the O2 forum. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was small but fine, desk was manned 24 hours, staff were friendly breakfast was a... More

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years of all standards and all over the world, this is the worst of them all. We realised it was no frills and there could be wee stained carpets and tired old furniture, but at the very least we expected a good night's sleep. We had room 38, it was like... More

My fiancé and I were in London to see Faithless at Alexandra Palace and I searched for a local hotel. This wasn't that local to the concert venue but it was perfectly satisfactory for our needs. On arrival you are asked to pay immediately and are then handed not only your key but also a remote for the TV! This... More

Like previous guests have already stated, you basically get what you pay for. The bedrooms badly need redecorating but they are warm and clean. Bathroom sink in our room was tiny.
