I've stayed in some rough places, both as a student and whilst travelling but nothing comes close to this. We booked and paid in advance for two rooms, for two nights and it was the worst mistake we ever made. We arrived late on the first night (too late to find alternative accomodation) but couldn't bring ourselves to stay for...

This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom smelt disgusting, there was something wrong there for sure. The room was unclean, the sheets were stained and dirty. The room was very small especially the bathroom which you could barely turn around in, I'm hardly a large person (4'11 and very small) and I struggled...

Very disappointing!. We were coming from France, Hotel France Albion, Paris after having a great experience there. I contacted all the hotels through Internet as usual. I had never had an experience like that. The hotel WAS NOT what I expected. It was dirty and filthy. Completely different from what I had seen on the web page.Pictures are NOT real.The...

Do NOT stay here. This place was a dump. The closet (they called it a room) was the smalest room I have ever stayed in. The entire complex needs cleaned, painted and redone. In fact, maybe the best thing to do is burn it down and start over. The bathroom could not have been any smaller. You literally could not...

We spent 1 night here and the other member in our party spent two nights, the hotel was falsely advertised by HOTEL BEDS (tour operator) indicating the rooms had bathroom and shower, however the room of the person that stayed for two nights only had a shower, the bathroom had to be shared with other rooms, also, their locks in...

Many reviewers say you get what you pay for and I don't disagree, but I wouldn't go there again even if I got paid!!! I've stayed in many hotels at that price, or even cheaper, and trust me, I've never seen anything as horrible as this!!! You can find much better hotels at this price range and save yourselves from...

Good points: Most of the staff very friendly/helpful (especially the young men at reception and the breakfast staff). Clean towels every day. Excellent location, literally 8 minute walk to Victoria station. We had a double, en-suite room, (shower was really good). Room and bathroom size fair. Bad points: Room very tatty, holes in the walls/floor, our door handle kept falling...

This hotel only looks very pretty, from outside, and is a nightmare inside! The windows are broke, and it gets too cold at night. There's a lack of bed covers. The rooms are decorated with graffiti which is clearly not meant to be. Also, sleepless guests left carvings in the walls to decorate a bit more. My colleagues stayed in...

After reading all the reviews, we were scared to go to this hotel. After arriving, the receptionist offer us to see the room, which was so big, clean and very nice. When we came back to the reception, he offered us to show us another room, so we could decide which one we preferred. After seeing this room, which was...

The B&B is situated near Victoria Station, very close to the main tourist attractions, which was great!! The room we had was a bit small, the bathroom was extremely small, and I also got this feeling that the whole room could've been a lot cleaner...it was a bit of a let down even tough our expectations weren't very high regarding...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
