We had a triple room with three single beds for four nights. The location was excellent near King's cross station. Outside the hotel looked fine and the person at the reception person was nice (as well as other staff). The room was simple, which was inline without our expectations. It was located in the back of the hotel and there... More

Spent a night in the hotel. Was literally there for a few hours after going out in London. Pros- Very well located, literally road opposite Kings Cross Station. Staff were efficient and friendly. About £100 a night, which for location is decent Decent breakfast Cons- Kinda cheap hotel, room reminded me of my old uni dorm. Was about as noisy... More

I stayed for three nights at the Howard Winchester, Kings Cross last week. With my husband, I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world but when I am on a research trip to London, I set my sights - and budget - somewhat lower. Having stayed at a number of Kings Cross hotels over the years,... More

On arrival, which was only a few minutes walk from King's Cross railway station, was very surprised by the size of my room which had a double and a single bed in it. Got an excellent nights sleep other than 2 people being a bit over boisterous outside on the street but soon got off to sleep again. Lovely fried... More

We stayed in a quadruple room for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend for a family weekend. The outside of the hotel looked really promising but don't be fooled! The room is very basic with a TV that wouldn't work properly. The bathroom comprised of a toliet and shower which meant that the water ended up where the toliet... More

Very good location, close to the station. Good WiFi. Nice reception, very helpfull and friendly. Clean room with a good bed but the little bathroom didn't smell very good. There was a full english breakfast with a good service only the coffee was disgusting.

Outside of hotel looked good. We had a twin room with basic facities there was not much room to manoeuvre around the beds shower had very little pressure so trickled one night was enough but the location suited our needs and price bracket we would choose a different hotel next time

Booked this online and was a little dubious about 3 of us being able to find accommodation in London for £110.00....including breakfast. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted on arrival by a very helpful and informative member of staff. Our room comprised of 1x double bed and 2x singles....the ensuite had a bath with a shower unit over... More

Very close to Kings Cross, so ideal location. Very quiet, and reasonably priced. Rooms very basic, but for one night it was ok. Not very impressed with the en-suite or shower though. Breakfast ok. Free wifi.

Stayed here for one night after a music gig in Islington. Check in was great, really efficient and friendly staff, yes the room was small but had all the necessary amenities. I paid for a single room and was expecting a single bed but when I got to my room I had a double bed which was pristine and extremely... More
