The charge was based on the van being quite big and taking more than one space, also was restricting the view of the front of the Hotel

The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and the location excellent. Although my room was very small, it was quiet and I had a good couple of nights sleep. The breakfast was adequate but the "aquarium" in the breakfast room almost put me off eating there. Too many fish in too little space, no vegetation and nowhere for the...

We booked this hotel for one night only as we were staying the rest of our trip at the Ramada Jarvis, Hyde Park but couldn't get this one night there and wanted something nearby!! The hotel looked lovely from outside and the reception was lovely, we were given our room key and directed to the room which was on the...

A few of our rooms are located on the lower ground floor; however they are the exact same standard as all other rooms located on the upper floors. All these rooms have windows and natural light. The hotel allocates rooms on the daily basis and when we have full occupancy all rooms are allocated regardless.

Value for money - I'm not sure - there was not a lot to choose from when I booked. The room was small but the hotel was close to Paddington Station, to Hyde Park, restaurants and there was a shopping area including a laundromat nearby. They had free WIFi but unfortunately it was not available in the room, you had...

Great staff, beautiful decor, good enough sized room and bathroom, decent breakfast. I stayed there for 4 nights and the room was adequate as we spent the day out, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding clean and new. The bathroom is good sized but shower stall is small. Surprisingly the hotel has a new elevator, which I know...

We were in London at the moment of flight cancellations due to the ash from the Icelandic Volcano. Abbey Court accommodated us as we had to change many plans. They did not charge us the first night fee due to canceling rooms late which we greatly appreciated since 3 of our party were unable to fly into London. We spent...

Nice frontage and reception, both look impressive, but thats it !! Rooms are tiny dark and desperate for refurbishment, Smell of damp, not surprising looking at the condensation on windows. Breakfast has to be the worst that I have ever experienced. Give this place a miss, staff tried hard but its embarrassing.

The rooms are very small, poorly equiped, badly decorated and noisy. The breakfast room is too small and cramped, the food is poor and there were queues up the stairs every morning. The rooms are poorly maintained. Showers do not work properly and I was locked in the miniscule on suite shower room because of a faulty door catch. Thankfully...

The entrace reception is lovely and that's where it ends. The room was a single room with a double bed in it, paint was peeling of the walls, the window frame was rotten so the windows would not shut properly. The so called entrance door which should be fire rated had a 50 mm gap at the bottom, ideal to...
