Location: very close to the Paddington tube station. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and the Palace are veey near. Cons: No slippers in the room, very limited breakfast, not very hot water, staff should have more information about the city!

Avoid this hotel. Had most disgusting experience and felt sick! All pillowcases were dirty. They were covered with black hairs with yellow stains. So they definitely weren't changed. Complained to reception and was promised that manager would contact me but never did.
