Advantages: Good localisation next to underground. . Bed not bad. Breakfast monothematic but good. Free Coffe and tea in room. Hotel was cheap. Disadvantages: Toilet should be renovated and cleaning service... is poor. Internet in room doesnt work. After 4 nights we had found dirty women underwear next to bed and window = it means they didnt look there before...

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting London. Location is the ONLY good thing about it. As a family of three, two adults and a teenager, we shared a triple single bed room. It was tiny with no where to place suitcases. We moved a small bedside table that was in the middle of the room to make some...

I have been using the Acton Town Hotel for a few years. it is very basic and cheap but conveniently located for visiting family who live nearby. Previously, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room was always clean with a generous supply of teas and coffees. However, on this occasion the staff were rude. The...

The hotel is just around the corner from Acton Town stn. If you have an early flight to catch from Heathrow, this could be your pick for the night before. Otherwise far away from most tourist attractions. The rooms are very small and they do not have an elevator, so if you get one on the 2nd floor be prepared...

Man oh man. What a hotel. Or is it an hotel? Never really certain which it is - it is a silent H, but an for every vowel. But don't let my poor grasp of vocab put you off this review, for here is the word on the Acton Hotel. We hadn't anticipated much less than the received service, yet...

From the moment we stepped in to the lobby of the establishment, we knew we had chosen wisely, the reception staff were both awake, clothed and seemed pleased to have something to do. We had booked 3 twin rooms and were not disappointed, clearly a lot of time and effort has been put in to the latest refurb and although...

Stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and it was a nice stay, but this time what a disappointment. Stayed in the main hotel building on the main road, the room was average but the shower had plaster coming off the wall and what looked like mould on the tiles. Breakfast you had to queue up for a...

The only reason that I am giving this a one star is because the maid was sweet and offered to carry our luggage up the stairs. This hotel is close to the underground station and that is why my husband chose it. Right from the beginning, though, there were problems. The check-in lobby was tiny. They told us that there...

This hotel seems to consist of several buildings. It is located very close to the Acton Town tube station, which is about halfway between central London and Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly line. I chose it because of location and price, returning from up north in the evening and flying out the next morning. When I asked for a single...
