Unfortunately most of my usual 2 star hotels were booked for my brief London trip so i opted for this 3 star. How it was rated above some of the 2 star accommodation I'm not sure. Firstly i couldn't find the hotel due to its obscurity and when i did, on the outside seemed to resemble an abandoned building. The...

The outside of this hotel and the stairwell looks lovely but the room we got on the third floor (no lift) was very small, very warm, hardly could turn around in the bathroom and just looked worn out. Mattress wasn't great and no boxspring under it (strange). Shower had lots of mould around the base, walls and carpet were stained....

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough tea and coffee in the room, with a water heater. The location is few minutes walk from the Italian Fountains at Hyde Park.

We stayed at this hotel because we were on a budget and it was a good location but I really just wish we paid a slight bit more and stayed somewhere nicer. Firstly, you have to go across the street to check in and out at a completely different hotel as there is not even a front desk or any...

There was just one guy in the reception dealing with everything. I arrived at 9pm after a 12 hour journey after seeing the fake photos on the internet but the service, cleanliness and comfort was zero. The room was dirty and no wifi . You had to pay for wifi.

It was a tiny and old room with a nice location. Reception was across the street at a different hotel. The hotel is dated with very minor renovations. There is a breakfast included with an acceptable selection!

I should thank the receptionist for letting me know where the farmacy was. The morning after my first night staying there I already realised bed bugs were on the mattress. Also I saw a mouse trap in the corridor by the entrance. This is far from a 3star hotel, at the most a 2star hotel.

We arrived at the hotel that looked so run down and dirty from the outside. On the door was a message to go the Westbourne hotel opposite to book in at their reception. This hotel appeared to be a 3 star accommodation. We were then kindly escorted to the Paddington to be shown 2 rooms, both were unacceptable as a...

The hotel was easy to find check in was quick and the staff were very pleasant. The room was cosy but very comfortable. It was a good location for the event we were going to. Check out was a bit stressful and they managed to use the wrong credit card to settle. I would return.

As I am reading these other reviews, I am puzzled as to why they are saying there is no lift and referring to "10 flights of stairs". The Pacific Hotel is only 4 stories tall, and there is a lift, albeit a small one to hold only one person at a time...but it was there and it is how I...
