Check in was down the road in a separate hotel. Very strong smell of gas in the actual Sapphire hotel. Average twin room but very small. Bathroom was tiny. Stains on the carpets but a functional room. Not worth the £76 per night. Walls were v thin so we were woken up fairly early in the morning by the people...

Lovely and cozy place! We spend just two days but enough to appreciate this little hotel with comfortable rooms in quite area of the city. Good breakfast and a very kind staff. Se think we'll come back soon. Suggested!

When we finally found the hotel, there was no indication that check-in had to be done in a different hotel, which could have easily been done when the confirmation email was sent. The other hotel was quite close so no problems there. We were told that check-in was later and the guy continued to work. No information was given about...

"You don't always get what you pay for". This is so appropriate for a shambolic 'hotel?' group. As you would normally do when looking for a nice place to stay for a night you check them out on a well reknowned booking site, of which I did. I booked the Sapphire hotel because for £95 for one night I thought...

The staff is rude and instead helping customers, they sit in the office and play games. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The room was small, had a good bed. Cleanness of the hotel is average. Breakfast was okay, again with a nicer staff it would be more enjoyable.

It maybe reasonable but the rooms were tiny, staff rude and ignorant. Breakfast was probably the worst greeting I have received from anyone ever. Had to assume what to do staff using domestic appliances no overalls or any protective clothing slovenly old man just picking food ghastly, nothing left. No dishwasher!

I travelled to London to purchase a car from car giant and due to the car having a fault present that needed rectifying, I needed to stay overnight. After a terrible day of waiting around and being passed from one department to another I booked a room at sapphire Hotel as having travelled down by overnight national express bus, I...

We stayed at the Sapphire Hotel for one night. My partner was at the football so we thought we would stay over and have a night in London. The hotel was very reasonably priced and in an ideal location. We travelled to the city in around 35 minutes by the tube and it was easy. The hotel was very clean...

I can't argue with the practicality of this place, it was cosy and clean and cost bugger all. Yes you did have to go to another place to check in but it was only a few doors down. The breakfast was basic also but that was fine too. I'd use it again.

Came for a weekend visit with friends for an event at the Apollo. Perfect location with it being only a 10 minute walk to the venue. Initial confusion with the check in location actually being based in a sister hotel called the emerald hotel a few doors down the road. Room was upgraded from a double to a double and...
