Came for a weekend visit with friends for an event at the Apollo. Perfect location with it being only a 10 minute walk to the venue. Initial confusion with the check in location actually being based in a sister hotel called the emerald hotel a few doors down the road. Room was upgraded from a double to a double and...

We would never stay there. When we arrived, we had to check in at the pearl hotel (7doors along the road). My boyfriend arrived before me, which was already a problem, even though we contacted them before hand. Reception staff was very rude, before saying anything else, the room had to be paid. Only then were we informed that we...

We recently stayed at the Sapphire Hotel, London. It was close to the Hammersmith Bus Station (10 minute walk) which was exactly what we wanted. it was easy to find and as we got there earlier than check-in time we were able to leave our bags as the partnered hotel 7 doors down. The room was goods value for money...

For the price of the stay and my last minute reservations, this hotel was perfect. When we arrived the friendly receptionist allowed us to store our bags with him because it was not check in time yet. He gave us directions on how to get to a mall that was close by while we waited. When we returned he sent...

Given the price of this place and it's location we really don't feel there's room for complaint!! It's exactly what you should expect for the price we paid - yes it's small but for one night that's perfectly adequate. Everything worked fine and was clean, the reception arrangement was rather laid back but it did the job! If you're put...

Bedroom definitely not as advertised. Same complaint from other guests I spoke to in breakfast lounge. Severe neck pain from very poor mattress. The reception staff daily, I heard arguing with guests. Steep, narrow stairs to bedrooms and breakfast room. Heaven help you if you have luggage and are located on upper floors. No lift, no one to help, too...

On arrival to Sapphire hotel there was a notice on the door to go down 7 doors to emerald hotel to check in. On arrival a young chap in jeans and a t shirt took payment and gave us a card to our room. Not overly friendly and it all felt a bit dodgy. Down a narrow staircase to our...

Arrived at the hotel around 03:00 due to a flight delay. The manager was definitely unhappy at having been awoken up. The first thing he said or asked (instead of a normal civilized welcome and greeting) was to tell me that I need to pay there and then. Room located on the last floor without elevator. No mentioning or offer...

My wife and I have stayed in a few hotels along this road. They have all been very similar. The position is excellent. Its between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith Broadway. Its a 10-15 minute walk in either direction for the Apollo theatre or Westfield shopping mall and all the main transport connections. There are bus stops outside the hotel in...

The room for three was not very big but suitable for a weekend away. Unfortunately the door broke, and they somehow unplugged our fridge so our food went off... Other than that clean, and friendly. Lovely location! Would go again
