I recently booked a room at Caring Hotel for a few nights. Upon arrival, I learned that a technical glitch had caused some confusion about the dates. Fortunately, the staff (both the female manager and her colleague Miss G.) were extremely helpful in sorting out the situation. They went above and beyond expectations to find a solution and succeeded. All...

I loved staying at this Boutique Hotel in London. The location is right in the heart of the action of Bayswater and is within close proximity to everything that you could possibly need. The Hotel is in a row of typical English mansions in Craven Hill Gardens. The Caring Hotel is a 2 minute walk to Queensway where there are...

A charming hotel, clean, and with everything you need for a city holiday. Breakfast is OK. This hotel is great for those who travel on a budget, as prices are low for central London. The bed was a bit on the hard side for us, but that is a matter of preference I suppose. Our rating most of all reflects...

We stayed at Caring Hotel for 1 night recently. The location is fab, really central. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic, but great for such a low price. We would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at the Caring Hotel twice now. My sister and I arrived five hours earlier than our check in time and were absolutely exhausted from a long haul flight. The receptionist happily offered us a different room so we could check in immediately. The breakfast room is clean and the staff are efficient. The location is second to none!...

5 min walk from queensway underground. And it's on the edge of Hyde Park. For what you pay it's good, but if your looking for luxury you have the wrong place. The staff are lovely and it was clean and tidy. No air conditioning that I could see so it might be a bit stuffy in summer. But my stay...

We loved staying at this hotel! The room was spotless and exactly as described. There was a large selection available for breakfast including boiled eggs and different juices and jams etc. The wifi was fast and consistent. We were also able to store our bags after we checked out. It is a short walk from Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations....

Good value for location. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Quiet, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast, included in our price, is in a busy canteen basement. It was a pleasant surprise to see the varied clientele, given the almost absolute silence of the rest of the hotel. No parking nearby, but there's an NCP not far away at London Arthur Court,...

Appalled at the manner in which reception desk staff spoke to me today, so much so we have cancelled our booking before we have even arrived. Staff member so rude and abrupt and didn't show any empathy towards my query, it wasn't her problem and I should like it or lump it, even the threat of booking cancellation didn't phase...

Considering the price and location was more than pleased with the hotel! Breakfast, though a little limited was also free. Doesn't tell you anywhere but you can get a hairdryer from reception. Only complaint we had was that the walls seemed quite thin and was difficult to get to sleep with doors opening and closing a lot.
