3.5/5 - Staff were very friendly, helpful & sincere. Buffet breakfast was good quality self-serve service; croissants, espresso & cappuccino were provided. The bedroom & bathroom were quite small; there was just enough space for our carry-on luggages & smaller size guests; the room was great for short stay. The entire establishment was reasonably clean. Bed was very comfortable; shower... More

Small rooms but well appointed and great location (5-10 mins walk from Victoria and Pimlico stations). Friendly staff and very clean with good bed. First floor rooms even had a little balcony which was great :)

Price consider as fair. Room is small. But reasonable to the price paid. Stayed one night in this hotel. Staffs are friendly. As we just touched down in Heathrow, we managed to store our HUGE luggage in the hotel locker prior check in. Beds are comfy, shower experience is good. Just nice for an overnight stay.

I only stayed one night but found the staff friendly, the room comfortable, clean and adequate (although small). Basic but sufficient breakfast. Apart from the size of the room, I can't fault it for it's price. I paid £65 for a double bed. Luggage storage room not locked so lock your own bags.

We stayed at the Lidos in September, and it was HOT in London while we were there. The rooms have no air conditioning. When booking, we didn't think this would be an issue in September but it definitely was. We were too hot to sleep most nights, and the lack of sleep definitely affected our trip. That being said, when... More

Stayed 5 nights as a couple in double room. The room was very small but was well equiped with all facilites. Breakfast is continental and more than adequate. All areas in the hotel are kept in a spotless state. The postion on belgrave road and by number 24 bus stop is perfect for exploring the city sights. Would have no hesitation... More

Very clean, lovely staff. Close to the underground. One stop from Buck Palace, three stops from Oxford Street. In fact every destination was only minutes away. Breakfast was enough but not sure about tinned fruit salad. Could extent it to ten o'clock? Will definitely stay again. The price is right and the beds comfy.

My friend and I had a twin room for one night. From the photos was worried it would be tiny. The room was more than big enough for both of us however, the en suite was a bit small if you have shopping elbows. If you are staying in the hot weather I would recommend you take a fan as... More

We stayed here in July. Reasonably priced. Room very small and being on the top floor with only a tiny window it was far too hot. A fan which we got from reception did help a little. However we were out and about until late each evening so wasn't a huge problem. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
