We had the two courses Sunday lunch at Victoria, even we booked table for three earlier and arrived on time, we were offered very small table hardly big enough for two people. We had to wait for while before been seated in the small drinking and tv watching area of the pub ( making earlier booking seemed to be pointless)...

Recently moved to sheen and stumbled across The Victoria for Sunday drinks. Lovely and cosy until we paid our tab with a £5 extra service charge! A bit ridiculous seeing as I went to the bar to buy the drinks and just added to tab... shame as nice pub but enough to not want to go back.

We went for a family Sunday lunch. We booked in advance which was lucky as it was full. As mentioned by another post, dogs are restricted to the bar area which has limited seating. The food was expensive. We had to ask again for the bread we had ordered. The staff were ok, a bit slow and not particularly friendly....

We had lunch here on a Saturday before walking in the nearby Richmond Park. The place is also dog friendly. We were struck by how many families there were with small children. The staff were friendly and attentive and the traditional pub food was freshly cooked. The staff were very tolerant of the large numbers of small children and dogs!...

To be fair several friends have had terrific Sunday roasts here but we weren’t so luck with dinner on Sat evening We had a dog so we were restricted to the bar area which we expected. Had there been 4 of us we would have been seated on one of the 3 larger tables which would have been fine. But...

Like many people, we popped into this quaint pub for lunch after a long walk in Richmond Park. So the great things were; a very warm welcome from the staff for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs; great bitters on offer and a super ambience even on a fairy quiet Monday lunchtime; a good array of seating options;...

Hello, thank you your positive comments, I remember the day in question and can only apologise for the delay in your freshly prepared Shepherd's Pies which we addressed at the time. As then, we are very sorry, and as a result of your comments are in the process of updating our wine lists and welcome your feedback regarding our wines....

Unfortunately there was an issue with the kitchen not being able to function due to refurbishment. I was informed of this prior to my arrival and told of alternative establishments to eat. They also gave me a reduction on my room rate. The room was brilliant. The staff were attentive and professional. I really can't fault them. I have booked...

We have visited The Victoria on several occasions in the past and been very impressed. However, the past three visits have been terrible. You may wonder why we have kept going back, but just keep hoping 'normal service will be resumed'. On our last visit, for my husbands birthday, we booked the table for 3pm and were served food at...

Hard to find, tucked away in the leafy suburbs of South West London, surrounded by spectacular houses and Richmond park, sits The Victoria. This was our fifth visit in three years. . . and it's still hard to find. . but joy. . . service, quality of food, value for money and ambience have not changed one iota. Great for...

For our second visit we came on Sunday and after a few drinks we let the staff convince us to tried the two roasts. And we glad we tried. The roast is as good as the A la carte dishes and we had a very enjoyable meal.
