We stayed at Craven hotel for three nights. We mentioned to the receptionist at the time, the accommodation was unsatisfactory in the following ways: there was no Wi-Fi at our room nor at the receptionist. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, he claimed that there was something wrong with our mobile phones and didn't try to offer us another...

The four stay rating I gave is for value more than actual hotel. The hotel is in great location 5 mins from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Our room was tiny but spotless clean the most comfortable bed and really great shower with tv and tea making facilities. The breakfast included cereals croissants full English breakfast items tea coffee juice...

We read all the reviews about this hotel. The others said that rooms are really really small. Thats right, they are really small. You cannot do single step in the room. But it was not the problem - we knew that. Also you can hear when other guests do the shower. Personal was nice, breakfast good, location perfect for us....

I was trying to keep my work expenses down so I booked this hotel as I was going to be at a conference for three days and really only needed the hotel for sleep. It was very basic but the bathroom in the room was nice. There were no bedside lights and the plumbing erupted throughout the night to wake...

Located near Hyde Park and Paddington Station the location of this hotel is good (when compared to the price). But - the rooms are small, there's no heating, no plugs to charge your phone and, worst of all, no WiFi.

I came to this hotel few times as I needed to stay in London and the hotel price is ok. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. The rooms are all clean. But the size?? The rooms are so small and little sunlight. I suggest you lower your prices, as you are just selling small rooms or let...

This is good for a cheap short stay if you need a place to sleep. Breakfast was lovely and beds are comfortable and very clean, as is the bathroom. You get shower gel, soap, shampoo&conditioner, towels, tea/coffee, a fan etc. Lovely service and staff. We paid £45 for a double as we got it as a deal with a train...

Perfect location for short visit to London. Close to tube station, plenty of bars and restaurants. Nice area, felt safe. Rooms very small, small bathroom but spotless and beds comfortable. Only complaint was that it was very warm in rooms and breakfast room. Great choice at breakfast - self service

A very cute hotel. Near paddington train station and the Tube. This hotel is cute and in typical style of London. The rooms are very small but are confortable for a short trip like a weekend. Near hyde Park, Notting Hill, bayswater and Paddington. For two girls this area is suitable and safe.
